FELC Ministry team
Pastor Timothy Greenwald
Senior Pastor
Pastor Tim has led the pastoral team since 2006. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Service from Central College in Pella, IA, and Master of Divinity from Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. Prior to his career in ministry, Tim was the president of a printing company in the Chicago area. Pastor Tim and his wife Debbie have 4 grown children and three grandchildren.
Pastor Jon Willis
Associate Pastor
Pastor Jon has been involved at First English since before he was born. The story began in 1951 when his grandparents, Helen and Clyde, first moved to Oshkosh and Pastor Koch knocked on their door and invited them to worship. That knock was all it took and the family has maintained active membership ever since.

We have a great youth group! It is an honor to serve First English’s youth ministry and showcase how amazing our kids are and can be living a Christ-centered life.
